About Me!
Hannah
M. Strack
I help global organizations build cultural intelligence, inclusive leadership, and lasting intercultural strategy.

My work in cross-cultural learning and inclusive leadership has been shaped by global experience and a deep curiosity about how people connect across difference. As an undergraduate, I studied abroad in the Canary Islands, Malta, Italy, Turkey, and Morocco—experiences that challenged my assumptions and sparked a lasting commitment to intercultural engagement. That commitment continued through my work at the Diversity Center at Luther College and while teaching English in the Republic of Georgia, where I learned the importance of humility, adaptability, and listening. I later earned my MBA in Italy with a focus on personal development and leadership, consulting with a technology company, and deepening my understanding of organizational culture. Professionally, I have supported inclusion efforts at UC Berkeley, served as a Leadership Development Manager at ServiceMaster Restoration, and worked as a DEI consultant. Today, I continue this work through service as a board member of SIETAR USA and as co-chair of the Communications and Marketing Committee and advisory board member for Unity in Community North Mecklenburg.
